How I Use AI to Create Content in Minutes

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is no longer sci-fi; it’s here and it’s changing everything about the world. From how we work, create, interact, and even think. Much like Google, it has become an everyday tool for everyone from scientists to your grandmother.

For me, this is no different. I have taken the AI software that I have access to and used it to help me create online content faster and more efficiently than ever before.

AI is helping me escape the 9 to 5 grind and ghost my job faster. I use it not only to help in creating my faceless YouTube channel, but also for story ideas, outlines for blog posts, ideas for videos, and even as a therapist and advisor.

A Brief History of AI

AI, the concept has been around for decades. In the 50s, people like Alan Turing were imagining machines that could think. Until recently, it was mostly a scientific topic with people slowly working behind the scenes to make reality.

But in the last few years, AI has become mainstream and the hottest topic in technology today.

With access to computing power and machine learning, AI tools have become shockingly smart. Things like ChatGPT, Midjourney, Suno, and DeepSeek can write, code, create images, videos, music, and replicate people.

What took thousands of dollars and months of programming by professionals can be done on a $5 app in minutes on a smartphone.

Common Ways People Use AI Today

You don’t need to be a tech wizard to use AI anymore. Here are some of the most popular uses for regular people:

  • Writing and content creation: Tools like ChatGPT and DeepSeek help people write blogs, emails, resumes, and even books.

  • Art and design: Apps like DALL·E, Midjourney, and Canva AI help create logos, art, and graphics instantly.

  • Music production: Platforms like Suno can compose royalty-free songs in seconds.

  • Video editing: Tools like InVideo, Pictory, and Runway ML let you create videos without needing editing experience.

  • Coding: Tools like GitHub Copilot can write entire blocks of code with a simple prompt.

Voice generation: You can clone your voice or generate AI narrations with tools like ElevenLabs, Descript, or InVideo’s voice AI.

How I Use AI to Run My YouTube Channel in Minutes

I run a faceless YouTube channel called Quickapedia, where I make short educational videos on topics like science, culture, and technology.

Here’s how I use AI to make a complete 5-minute video in under 10 minutes:

  • Idea & Script. I start by using ChatGPT. I input a topic and get a full title, YouTube description, SEO tags, and a well-written script. No writer’s block, no research stress—it’s done instantly.

  • Music. I head over to Suno, where I generate a music track that’s royalty-free and suits the vibe of the video. It’s custom-made and I don’t need to worry about copyright strikes. Hopefully, this won't change.

  • Video Creation & Voiceover. Using InVideo, I paste the script and let the software generate visuals, add subtitles, and even clone my voice for narration. It looks clean, professional, and feels like I have a full production team.

  • Thumbnail. I also sometimes use ChatGPT to create a thumbnail. Or ask Canva AI to design one using a template.

  • Final Output. After a quick preview and minor edits, the video is ready to publish on YouTube.

That’s it. Something that would take people hours to produce can now be done quickly with AI.

The Good and Bad Side of AI

  • Saves time: AI eliminates hours of manual work.

  • Lowers the barrier to entry: You don’t need expensive software or a team to start creating.

  • Inspires creativity: It helps you brainstorm, write, design, and make things you never thought you could.

  • Scales your output: You can make more content, faster, and more consistently.

  • Great for solopreneurs: People like me can run a full content channel alone with almost no cost.

  • Job replacement: Writers, designers, video editors, and even voice-over artists are already seeing reduced demand as AI does more of their work.

  • Quality vs Quantity: AI can pump out a lot of content, but not all of it is great. It still takes a human touch to make something truly unique.

  • Ethical issues: Voice cloning and deepfakes can be misused.

  • Creativity gap: Relying too much on AI might limit your ability to grow as a creator or thinker.

So, Should You Be Scared of AI or Embrace It?

Personally, I say embrace it.

AI is like electricity or the internet; it’s not going away. The people who learn to use it early will have the biggest advantage.
