It’s completely foldable, making it a great option for people who live in small apartments, ride public transport, or like to keep things compact. Folding it is straightforward: lift the locking lever, pull it down, and secure it with a clip on the handlebar.

One thing I appreciated is how the handlebars don’t crash to the ground when folded. It stays balanced, preventing scratches and wear. That’s a thoughtful detail that separates the EC6 from cheaper competitors.

At a weight of 24 pounds (about 11 kg), this scooter is impressively lightweight. You can carry it easily with one hand, whether you’re getting on a bus, walking into a coffee shop, or heading up a flight of stairs. Yet despite its light weight, it feels sturdy and solid when you ride, as it is made for adults.

The EC6 keeps things simple but effective.

On the handlebars, you’ll find:

• A bright digital screen showing your speed, battery level, and mode.

• A single multifunction button for power, lights, and settings.

• A bell and a hand brake on the left.

• The accelerator on the right.

There are various modes for those who are complete beginners and panic if the scooter accelerates too fast.

I tested the scooter on different surfaces—smooth pavement, asphalt, and even slightly rough paths—and it handled all of them comfortably. The acceleration is smooth, and the scooter responds quickly to throttle input without jerky jumps in speed.

The braking system is equally responsive, offering solid stopping power without sudden jerks. For urban commuting and short trips, it’s more than enough.

When the battery runs low, just plug it into the included charger and let it recharge while you work, study, or relax. The only issue I had while riding this scooter was on steep inclines. It took lots of battery power and acceleration to keep me going. I was still able to ride the incline, but it slowed down considerably.

It’s built for convenience and for those on a budget.

If you live in a small space, this scooter won’t take up much room—it folds up neatly and can even be tucked under a desk or stored in a closet.

For those using public transportation, the 24-pound frame is easy to carry on a bus, subway, or train. The folding mechanism locks securely, so you don’t have to worry about it unfolding accidentally.

Battery performance is one of the most important things in any electric scooter, and the EC6 performs well for its size. With a range of up to 15 miles, most riders can get through a full day of short trips on a single charge.

If you’re using ECO Mode, you can stretch that range even further. The display makes it easy to keep track of your battery level, so you’ll always know when it’s time to plug in.

Charging takes a few hours, which is reasonable for this class of scooter. Plug it in overnight or during work hours, and it’s ready to go again.
